Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT DETAILS. The studio location is 5505 Fernpark Ave, Suite B, Baltimore, MD 21207. If you turn onto Fernpark Ave from Rogers, it is the third house on your left with a pink sign out front. Please enter the gate and follow the walk on the left of the house to the rear red door. Please be mindful that we do not accept walk-ins. If you need to arrive more than 15 min prior to your appointment time. Please text 443.304.7934 prior to entering the gate. REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING. You are able to transfer your deposit to a future appointment date by rescheduling your appointment more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. If you attempt to reschedule within that 24 hour window, your deposit will be forfeited and you may be charged as a no show. Now shows are billed for the full amount of the service. If you are experiencing and emergency/extreme urgency and need to reschedule within the 24 hour window, please contact me directly via e-mail or text (443-304-7934) or as soon as you are able. LATE POLICY. In order to provide all clients with a favorable and timely experience it is essential that clients arrive on time to their appointment. Clients will be charged $15.00 for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for a scheduled appointment time. The Service Provider reserves the right to collect the $15 late fee and cancel services if a client is more than 15 minutes. If the Service Provider extends the courtesy of keeping the appointment, the clients service cannot extend past the originally scheduled appointment time.
